Popular novel of the wars between France and England in the 14th century. 541 pages. This book has a page at the back of the book that is signed by Margery Wheeler Mattox (sister of Civil War author, Richard Wheeler). This page indicates that this copy is from the private library of Richard Wheeler. Covers show some wear, binding is secure, there is an inscription written in pencil signed by Clarence Wheeler, the Grosset & Dunlap ad page at the rear of the book is torn.
