The Haunted Bookshop by Christopher Morley. Published in 1919 by Doubleday, Page & Company. Hardcover. 289 pages. This is a first edition or very early printing, for sure. This copy has the printing error on Page 163 - "footfalls" on the first line (instead of footsteps); also Page 76 includes the page number at the bottom of the page (versus top of page) underneath the "Bu" of "Burroughs." ALSO there is a transposed period and comma on Page 290. There is some cover edgewear, front and rear hinges are cracked, no loose or missing pages, a clear plastic dust wrapper around the book.
