Sechs Bucher Vom Wahren Christenthum by Johann Arndts. Leather-bound antique book published in 1832 by George W. Mentz: Philadelphia. Measures approximately 6" x 9 1/2" x 4". Full leather with 4 decorated raised bands on the spine; red spine label with gilt lettering; two clasps for closure (in good working condition). Amazingly illustrated. VERY nice copy... never seen a copy in this good condition; some rubbing to calf leather covers, spine label intact and gilt is legible, protective tissue guard present at frontispiece illustration, binding is secure and tight, some page foxing, no handwriting, great interior pages. German text. "The Gardens of Paradise."
